Bret
was born in Fallbrook, California and is the youngest of two children. He
graduated from Fallbrook High School in Fallbrook, California where he ran
Cross-Country and Track & Field. After high school, Bret was fortunate to
earn a scholarship to California State University Long Beach where he continued
competing in both Cross-Country and Track & Field. He earned his Bachelor's
Degree in Human Development from CSU Long Beach.

Bret started his Real Estate
career in 2015 working in the family business as his dad, Chris owns a Coldwell
Banker franchise. After being in Real Estate for 4 years, he was given the
opportunity to become a property manager. He was able to acquire new accounts
with each property management he worked for and continued to help people in the
purchase and sale of their homes. In 2017 he was recognized as a Top Producing
Agent and Top Selling Agent. Bret now brings his years of experience in
Property Management and Real Estate to help guide his clients through the real estate
transaction.
